Some of the figure links that ought to take you to a different diagram do not work. One instance is the front lower control arm diagram which also shows the shocks. The Fig250 is highlighted but does not work/ Makes part picking hard

Order system did not recognize my billing address or shipping address which are the same. Process went through and receipt shows correct address, but very confusing??

I am so glad to have the opportunity to praise Aldo and his professionalism! Met him initially when my daughter joined him to review her car functions. We drove around and he did an excellent job or explaining the features. He actually offered to drive the car to show us the cruise control functions which was very much appreciated. More recently he helped me with choosing the right additional parts for the car that we hadn't ordered previously. He is such a gentleman and an excellent salesman. He clearly believes in the Subaru product. Extremely polite and patient. Give the guy a raise !

Parts website is generally ok, could use some improvement in the search function. Simple search for a battery did not provide a list of batteries available for a vehicle. The search result provided every accessory part for a battery except for the battery itself. I had to call parts center to get the exact part number and search for it.

Parts availability and delivery are exceptional. I live in Austin but I order all parts from Gillman in Houston because prices are 25% below MSRP. My local Subaru dealer’s prices are even higher than Subaru’s MSRP.

best priced dealer i have found so far, i was amazed by how bad i was being ripped off by ordering from austin subaru. i thought all online dealer prices were the same but i guess they can mark them up to whatever they want.
